This time, our company participated in the CHINAPLAS 2018 International Rubber and Plastic Exhibition with the LED Cup Molding Machine and the Garment Injection Molding Machine.
LED CUP Molding Machine
With the development and progress of society, the consciousness of environmental protection and energy saving is widely promoted in the world, so LED lamp has become the first choice in people's daily life. As a result, the market demand for led lamps is increasing, which undoubtedly brings unlimited business opportunities for led lamp manufacturers. For this reason, Tiancheng machine has developed led lamp cup molding machine. The difference is that the machine uses manipulator instead of manual placement and finished product removal, which can operate continuously for a long time and bring more considerable profit to the manufacturer.
The LED Cup Molding Machine in this exhibition adopted vertical clamping and vertical injection molding design, especially suitable for aluminum cup insert molding production. This machine configured three lower moulds that 120 degrees rotary in the same horizontal plate for cycle production, which greatly reduces the changing time and effectively improves the working efficiency. The rotating disc is controlled by an independent servo motor, and the positioning accuracy can reach 0.16 points (1 degree = 60 points). At the same time, we used PLC computer control system to ensure the accurate for every section, which assure the quality of finished product. What is more worth mentioning is that our LED Cup Machine assembly automation device to automatic embedding of aluminum cup and removal of injection molding product to replace manual operation, production cycle time is shortened from original 30 seconds by manual operation into 15 seconds, finally improves production output and realize automatic operation of the whole machine. This undoubtedly attracted a large number of foreign buyers at the exhibition, and placed orders with us at the exhibition site.
Garment Injection Molding Machine
Garment hang tag is widely used in the clothing industry, it is an integral part of clothing accessories and it has the brand effect. It is mainly used for hanging clothing tag, which is a direct link between clothing and clothing hanging cards (clothing brand representation, washing logo, price label, etc.). String hang tag is roughly divided into rectangles, square, circular, oval and other rules according to the shape. Different cloths used different styles hang tag. For example, for the suit, the garment tag is usually use of rectangular, square and other three in one granulator. Comply with the market development demand, Tiancheng machinery developed a garment injection molding machine, unlike in the past, this machine in the exhibition equipped with advanced alarm and automatic cutting machine.
Garment injection molding machine adopts vertical mold clamping and vertical injection molding design, 3-stage temperature control/ injection speed/ back pressure, adjust without stages etc. Different from the past, our machine is equipped with advanced alarms, if the line of hang tag is broken during operation, the alarm can be issued to alert the staff to reinstall the wires. In addition, the automatic drawing device is used to automatically pull the hang tag wires, also can cut the wire and separate the hang tag automatically. Therefore, the production forming cycle is shortened from the original manual operation of 20 seconds to 9-12seconds. Maximum output of each mold can be achieved to 40 lines, which greatly improve production output and realizes full machine automation. Our company can add automatic stamping function according to customer`s product demand and multicolor optional. At the same time, it can assemble transmission belt to transmit the finished product independently, just need a staff to pack and replace the finished product boxes, which reduce the labor force greatly. It is a priority selection for a large number of buyers.
